How to reach the moderators

Stuck on a thread, spotted an offer that looks like a dead end, or need your account unlocked? Pick the channel that fits and a moderator will pick it up. We are volunteers spread across South African time zones, so replies are not instant, but nothing gets left sitting.

Before you write in, check the pinned guides on the board. Most questions about cooldown timers, referral credits and reward stacking are already answered there.

Questions members ask before they post

Short answers to the things newcomers usually want cleared up first, so threads stay about the games and not about the basics.

Do I need an account to read the threads?

No. Pinned guides, payout notes and quest timing threads are open to anyone. You only need a profile when you want to reply, upload a screenshot or join a leaderboard challenge. Reading first is genuinely useful, since most repeat questions already have a thread with screenshots attached.

How do I post a screenshot of a stuck quest?

Open a new thread in the help section, add the game name, the quest title and how long the cooldown timer has been running. Crop the image so the quest panel is readable, and hide anything personal. Members usually reply with the reset window they saw on the same quest, which is often the fastest way to work out whether it is a bug or just a long timer.

Someone offered me a bonus in a private message. What now?

Report it. Moderators do not run private offers, and no legitimate reward program needs your login details or a payment before a payout. Post the wording in the scam-watch thread with the sender name removed, so other players can recognise the same script when it reaches them.

Can I share my own referral link?

Yes, in the referral thread, and only with the conditions spelled out: region limits, account age rules and how long the credit took. Links dropped into unrelated threads get removed. If your invite never credited, that is worth posting too, because the pattern usually repeats across several platforms.

How are leaderboard challenges organised?

A member picks a game and a window, usually a week, then opens a thread with the rules and a place to post results. Everything stays friendly and self-reported. If you want to run one, check the timeline for what is already scheduled so two challenges do not overlap.

Still unsure where a question belongs? The resources page lists the pinned guides, and the contact page is the place to flag a suspicious offer directly.

What members are posting right now

A live look at the board: stuck quests, cooldown questions, referral checks and the small wins people log after a good run. Threads stay short, screenshots do most of the talking, and moderators pin the guides that save newcomers from dead-end offers.
